Ingredients
1/2 lb Halloumi (sliced into half inch strips)
1 tblspoon olive oil
2 tblspoons picked basil leaves (chopped)
1 lemon, juiced
Pita bread (I use whole wheat)
Directions
1) Pre-heat your George Foreman Grill.
2) Brush the halloumi cheese with olive oil.
3) Place the cheese onto the grill for 2-3 minutes or until grill marks appear.
4) Sprinkle the basil leaves, drizzle the olive oil and squeeze the lemon juice on top.
5) Fill the pitta ans serve.
